Introduced in 1982, the SB-15 is an updated version of the SB-12 that provides TTL control of flash exposure with the FA, FE2, FG, Nikonos V, and later Nikon models, and automatic flash exposure on other models.

Key Features:TTL flash control with FA, FE2, FG, and Nikonos V (and later TTL-capable models, as well); two-aperture automatic flash with other models. Head can be rotated through an arc of 180 degrees (click stops every 90 degrees), and tilted to 90 degrees (click stops at 15, 30, 60, and 90 degrees). Accessory SW-6 wide-angle adapter for 28mm lens coverage. The SB-15 can synchronize with up to five additional off-camera flash units. Four frame motor drive capability (up to 3.8 fps).
